Additional email credits are purchased in blocks of 1,000 for $5 per block.

Additional text credits are purchased in blocks of 500 for $5 per block.

Example 1:

You have 3 locations and send out 1,000 emails and 500 text requests.

Total Bill

$50/First Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

$15/Second Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

$15/Third Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

Total Bill = $80 (no email or text overages).

Example 2:

You have 3 locations and send out 3,001 email review requests and 1,501 text review requests.

Total Bill

$50/First Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

$15/Second Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

$15/Third Location

• Includes 1,000 email credit
• Includes 500 text credit

$5 for the email credits (and you could still send out another 999 email review requests).

$5 for the text credits (and you could still send out another 499 texts review requests)

Total Bill = $90 ($50 + $15 + $15 + $5 + $5).

Any credits that are not used in a month are not carried over. They are reset to the default 1,000 emails and 500 texts per location.
